1. Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, "Platform" refers to the 4lotto website accessible at 4lotto.app together with all pages, features and services available on it. "User" or "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers or uses the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Platform regardless of the method of access — whether via a web browser, mobile application or any other device. The scope of this agreement covers all activities carried out on the Platform including betting, fund transfers, receiving bonuses and interactions with the support team.

4lotto operates under an international licence and complies with the operating standards set by the licensing authority to ensure fair play and player protection.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To register a 4lotto account, you must fully meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• A citizen or resident legally eligible to use online gambling services.
• Not enrolled in any self-exclusion programme or gambling prohibition list.
• Provide accurate, current and complete personal information during the registration process.

Each user is only permitted to register one account. Registering more than one account using the same or different identities is prohibited and may result in all such accounts being suspended and all funds in them being forfeited. 4lotto reserves the right to request identity verification at any time via a copy of your MyKad or relevant supporting documents.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

4lotto accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. All deposits are subject to a minimum amount of RM30 per transaction.

Funds deposited into a 4lotto account must originate from a payment method registered in the user's own name. Using another person's account to make a deposit is prohibited and may result in your account being suspended while an investigation is carried out.

4lotto does not charge any additional fees for deposit processing, however payment service providers may apply their own charges in accordance with their respective company policies.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. The minimum amount per withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawals are typically processed within one hour once the request is approved.

Before the first withdrawal is processed, 4lotto reserves the right to require users to complete an identity verification process (KYC) to ensure account security and compliance with anti-money laundering procedures. Documents that may be required include a copy of your MyKad and proof of ownership of the payment method.

4lotto reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, unmet bonus wagering requirements, or unresolved identity verification issues.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

4lotto offers various promotions to registered players. The welcome bonus is 150% on the first deposit up to RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus funds or winnings derived from them.

Applicable calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Account balance RM250 → Total wagering required: RM150 × 20 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM1,300 → Total wagering required: RM500 × 20 = RM10,000

All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically. 4lotto reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

Accounts found to be abusing promotions — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will be subject to appropriate action including account termination.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the 4lotto Platform — including slots, live casino, sports and other games — are operated using a certified random number generation system (RNG) or through licensed software providers that comply with international fair play standards.

In the event of a technical issue during an active game session, 4lotto reserves the right to void the round in question and return the bet amount to the user's account balance. Results generated as a consequence of technical disruptions or software bugs are void and invalid.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. 4lotto is not responsible for losses arising from a misunderstanding of how a game works.

7. Prohibited User Conduct

Users of the 4lotto Platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to extract profits or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the system (for example collusion in live poker or baccarat games).
• Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Spreading harmful, obscene or defamatory content through the chat or comment functions on the Platform.
• Violating any applicable local or international laws while using the Platform.

Any breach of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action, which may include temporary suspension, permanent termination of account, or referral to the relevant authorities.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

4lotto reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account for reasonable grounds, including breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspicion of fraud, or at the user's own request.

Temporary suspension may be carried out while an investigation is in progress. During this period, the user will not be able to access their account or make any transactions. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated along with all valid balances.

Permanent account termination by the user may be requested by contacting the 4lotto support team via live chat or email. All eligible balances will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure once all wagering requirements have been met.

9. Limitation of Liability

The 4lotto Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the service running without interruption, we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be free from technical errors, server outages or cybersecurity issues that are beyond our control.

4lotto is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of the Platform, including losses resulting from betting outcomes, loss of opportunity, or disruption of third-party services such as payment providers.

4lotto's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount of funds in the user's account at the time the claim is made.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

4lotto reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be communicated to users via a notice on the Platform at least seven days before the amendment takes effect, except in cases of emergency or legal compliance that require immediate changes.

Continued use of the Platform after the amendment effective date will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. You are encouraged to review this document periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable provisions.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the online gambling laws applicable under 4lotto's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall first be resolved through 4lotto's internal complaint procedure.
